The Proprietors of Coopersale Hall School seek to appoint a strong leader who has the skills to manage, motivate and inspire the whole School community. Applications will be welcomed from Senior Managers in State or Private schools.
The successful candidate will have the experience and inspiration to build on the achievements of recent years and to encourage children and staff to realise their full potential. Vision and flair, high expectations and good communication skills will all be vital to enable the future Head to focus on the educational leadership, with most financial and administrative roles undertaken by members of the group administration team.
The position is to start in Spring 2011 or as soon as possible thereafter. The salary ranges from L15-19 depending on experience.
