The children having Karate lessons at Coopersale have been involved in a fund raising project organised by the United Karate Association. All proceeds raised are going to St Clare’s Hospice in Harlow and Haven House Children’s Hospice in Woodford. The children have been performing 1000 kicks, 1000 punches and 1000 blocks. Every child managed to complete all the techniques. Well done and congratulations to everyone who took part.
