Jubilee Celebrations

What better way to mark the Queen’s Jubilee than a whole school tea party on the grounds, followed by a royal crown parade. The whole school was treated to an afternoon tea under the trees, which consisted of delicious sandwiches, crisps, and a cake stand full of sweet treats.

After tucking into the feast, the school chefs announced the winner of the Jubilee Pudding Competition. Well done to our winners, your puddings looked (and tasted) great!

Parents were then invited to join the pupils, who put on quite a show for them. After performing the National Anthem and a few other songs, the children donned their carefully created crowns and gave us all a royal parade, complete with the Queen’s signature hand wave!

What a lovely way to end what has been a great half term.
