Easter Activities in the Junior School

The tradition of Easter eggs has its roots in both Christian and pre-Christian customs. In many ancient cultures, eggs symbolised new life and fertility, representing the arrival of new beginnings.

It has been wonderful to see so many pupils enjoying making their own Easter cards, as well as clay pots and baskets to use during their Easter egg hunts, eagerly searching for colourful eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny. Whether made of chocolate, decorated with bright designs, or filled with little surprises, Easter eggs are a much-loved tradition that brings great joy to this special holiday.

We wish you all a safe, happy, and wonderful Easter holiday.
