1S make Smoothies for English Class

Year 1S were delighted to take part in making fruit smoothies. Firstly, all pupils washed their hands before following the instructions for preparing the smoothies. They carefully cut the fruit, measured the correct quantities, and then blended the ingredients before enjoying their very own creations.

Mrs Stanley and Mrs Simikel were impressed by how well the pupils followed the instructions and took care to measure the ingredients accurately. The pupils successfully applied their maths and literacy skills to achieve their goal of creating delicious smoothies.  Well done everyone!
