Earth Day Poster Competition

Over the recent Easter break, Mrs Barr set the pupils the task of creating a poster to celebrate Earth Day, an annual event that takes place on 22 April. It is celebrated around the world and encourages people to think about our planet and how we can help to look after it. These colourful, eye-catching posters show what the pupils consider to be important in caring for the Earth, from protecting wildlife to reducing waste.

Mrs Barr will announce the winners in a forthcoming assembly, where prizes will be awarded for creativity, message and design. She has been delighted by the creativity of the entries and pleased that the pupils took the time to consider how they could make a difference to our Earth.
