Hot Chocolate Gathering

Mrs Kerrigan was delighted to host the Hot Chocolate Award Gathering on Friday, celebrating those pupils who have been recognised for demonstrating the qualities of Respect, as well as those who have shown Excellence. This special occasion provides an opportunity for teachers to undertake the challenging yet rewarding task of selecting and highlighting pupils who have truly embodied our focus values. In contrast, Mrs Kerrigan has the much more enjoyable role of sharing a cup of hot chocolate with the children while engaging in warm and meaningful conversation.

On this occasion, Mrs Kerrigan was particularly pleased to spend time with pupils who have demonstrated an attitude of Excellence, consistently going above and beyond in all that they do. Equally, the pupils recognised for Respect have shown a clear understanding of the importance of treating others, both their peers and the adults they encounter, with kindness, consideration, and courtesy. These awards serve as a wonderful celebration of the positive attitudes and behaviours that contribute to our school community.
