Coopersale Hall celebrates David Attenborough's 100th Birthday
Year 2 at Coopersale Hall had a wonderful time celebrating Sir David Attenborough’s birthday this week.
They had their own party with themed balloons, bunting, and lots of fun animal masks as pupils enjoyed learning more about the natural world and the importance of caring for our planet.
Year 1 Stanley also celebrated the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough. To mark this very special occasion, the children enjoyed a picnic on the grass and brought along their favourite stuffed animals to join in the celebrations. The pupils spoke enthusiastically about how much they admire Sir David and agreed that he is a truly inspiring role model. They especially enjoyed watching his fascinating wildlife programmes and learning more about animals and the natural world through his work.
