Reception Trip to Thorndon Park

All three Reception classes took part in an educational visit to a Forest School at Thorndon Country Park on Thursday 4 June 2026. During the visit, the children participated in a range of activities, including exploring the woods, building dens, using a balancing wire, chalk drawing, and roasting marshmallows over a fire pit. The children travelled by minibus. Throughout the day, they were accompanied by nine adults, and the Forest School sessions were led by the Park Rangers.
