Year 6 British Museum Trip
Year 6 enjoyed a fascinating visit to the British Museum to support their learning about Ancient Greece. During our visit, the children took part in an exciting gallery activity where they had to locate artefacts and exhibits using photographs as clues.
They also participated in a hands-on workshop, using a range of historical sources and artefacts to investigate mystery objects, working together to identify what they were and how they may have been used in the past. The children demonstrated excellent teamwork, critical thinking and historical enquiry skills throughout the day.
Their behaviour was exemplary; we were incredibly proud of how engaged, enthusiastic and respectful they were, making the most of this valuable learning opportunity. Well done, Year 6!
