Year 2 Discover Australia

Year 2 have been discovering Australia through their topic work. As part of their homework, the pupils investigated facts about the landscape and the animals found there. They have thoroughly enjoyed learning about and developing an understanding of another country.

Mrs Hogarth and Mrs Zylstra have been delighted by the wide variety of work the pupils have produced, ranging from animal models to excellent fact files that clearly demonstrate how much they have discovered and how enthusiastically they have engaged with the topic.
