Lower Kindergarten learn to Brush Teeth

This week the children in Lower Kindergarten have been looking at the importance of brushing our teeth. Mrs Carter, one the schools Science teachers, came down to Lower Kindergarten with different sets of teeth for the children to look at. We had a model set of human teeth and two skulls, a sheep’s and a dogs . The children enjoyed looking at the difference in appearance and learn why the animals teeth may have been different shapes and their purpose. Mrs Carter demonstrated to the children the best way to brush their own teeth to keep their teeth clean, strong and healthy. Each child took turns on brushing the set of teeth and they all did an amazing job.
