We were delighted to host our annual SummerFest celebration, where children and families enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon on the lawn at Coopersale Hall.
Mrs Jones was especially pleased with the performances from the Orchestra and Choir and was thrilled by how beautifully the Key Stage 1 pupils sang Cracas Maracas. They were later joined by Key Stage 2, who sang enthusiastically to their families. The performance concluded with a heart-warming ballet display, as the ballerinas captivated the audience with their graceful movements and radiant smiles.
After the performances, pupils enjoyed lunch with their friends and families. They also had the chance to sample the delicious BBQ prepared by our fantastic kitchen team, along with a selection of refreshing drinks and lollies available to all.
Everyone was able to take part in the wide variety of activities organised by FOCHS, including bouncy castles, football and basketball hoops, face painting, temporary tattoos, and creating their own colourful rainbow sand ornaments, to name just a few!
There was also the chance to try your luck at the ever-popular tombola, and Mr Wilson was delighted to announce the lucky winners of the raffle.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to FOCHS for organising such a wonderful day for the children — a truly memorable event, made all the more special by the glorious sunshine on the lawn.
