On a hot, sunny afternoon, our talented Year 2 artists took their sketchbooks outside to practise their observational drawing skills.
They carefully studied the shapes within the architecture of the main school building and noticed the contrast between light and shadow. Each child sketched the scene from their own unique perspective, producing some truly impressive artwork. It was not only a creative challenge but also a wonderfully mindful and calming activity.
