Year 1 were excited to spend the day together and venture to the coastline as part of their topic work on the seaside. Armed with their buckets and spades, the children enjoyed playing in the sand, building their own sandcastles, and even creating their own rock pools. They also had the opportunity to sample traditional seaside foods at a local restaurant.
Mrs Vora and Mrs Stanley were extremely proud of how well the children communicated, played, and used their imaginations together. The children were able to experience everything they had been learning about in their topic lessons, and this was made even more special by creating wonderful memories with their classmates.
The teachers were also delighted with how polite and thoughtful the children were while eating their lunch. They were fantastic ambassadors for Coopersale Hall and quite a few members of the public mentioned how impressed they were of our children’s great manners and behaviour.
