Coopersale Hall were invited to Treetops Home in Epping by Mrs Green (Amelia’s Mum in UKT) to help Edith celebrate her 100th birthday. Year 4 made a big card and six representatives went to Treetops today to meet Edith, who prefers to be known as Cissy. There was a party, a big cake, refreshments, balloons and of course singing.
Cissy’s three sons and their wives were all there and she was thoroughly enjoying her day and awaiting her telegram from the Queen. We felt honoured to be part of her celebration. Happy Birthday Cissy!
