Epping and Ongar Sports Association Cross Country Relays

On Thursday 9 March Coopersale Hall hosted the Epping and Ongar Sports Association Cross Country Relay Races.

There were four races split between Year 3 and 4, then Year 5 and 6, for both boys and girls.  Coopersale Hall had a very successful afternoon winning medals in three of the four races.  The success began with the Year 3 and 4 girls who won a silver medal. Then the Year 3 and 4 boys ran really well but finished in 5^th place.  The Year 5 and 6 girls were next, winning a bronze medal.  Finally it was left to the Year 5 and 6 boys who ran brilliantly to win the gold medal.

Mr Robinson would like to thank all of the 38 pupils who represented the school with such determination and effort.  Also a big thank you to all of the parents who came out to cheer everyone on.  The medal winning teams were:
