In Year 3’s Geography lessons this half-term, the pupils are studying trees in the environment. Steve, the groundsman, kindly agreed to escort the class around Coopersale Hall’s beautiful grounds to identify the many trees we have.
He is very knowledgeable as he could identify all of our trees. Amazingly, we have over 39 species of them. 3W has a ‘Friendship Tree’ displayed on their classroom wall and we have printed the names of all the trees we learnt about. Hopefully, we can recognize and identify these trees next time we see them.
