On Monday 1 April, Coopersale Hall played their last football league match of the year at Shooters Football Centre North Weald. It simply was a cracking game from start to finish with both teams looking good and likely to score at anytime. At half time, it was 7-5 to us.
After half time St. Andrews made a few tactical substitutions, which allowed us to take, control of the game and stretch our lead to 12-5. However, this only spurred St. Andrews on and they came back to 14-11 before two quick goals towards the end of the match finally settled the game at 16-11.
Well done to all the players they have been a credit to the school this year. Thank you also to the parents who have turned up to cheer them on.
