Today was 4B’s class assembly. I was feeling very excited because I knew I was going to do well. When I got to class I felt a little tingle of fright down my spine. Then Mrs Redin told us to breathe in and out slowly and that made me feel better. We walked over to the hall when everyone was changed. 4B hid behind the curtains trying to keep quiet (it was difficult with all our nerves and excitement). The curtains were pulled back and I was filled with joy to see my Mum and Dad watching me. I enjoyed singing the Stone Age songs and saying my lines. It was really funny when we made the sound effect at the end. Ewan’s costume was great, he had a beard! When we were finished, I felt very proud of myself and everyone in my class.
