Christmas Jumper Day and Final Assembly

The children had a very fun time on the last day of term all coming into school in their favourite Christmas jumper or outfit. We had some fantastic elves, Santa’s, funky accessories and some fantastic jumpers. Everyone brought in a donation for the charity Samaritan’s Purse, which will be very gratefully received. Thank you all for your donations.

Also on the last day of term, the school held a very special assembly, filled with performances and Christmas cheer. During the assembly, Annabel in Year 4 played beautifully on the piano for everyone which was lovely.  The children also made their own Christingles for the occasion. Christingle is a candle-lit, festive celebration that’s perfect for bringing families and communities together.
