The children in UKT enjoyed trying noodles, spring rolls and prawn crackers to celebrate Chinese New Year. They watched a short film on how the zodiac signs were chosen. They also made a rat mask and lantern as it is The Year of The Rat. The children all really enjoyed learning about a different culture.
