The wonderful work that Year 4 have been doing is now being showcased in the library for everyone to enjoy.
Year 4 crafted Celtic roundhouses to represent the gained knowledge from their history lessons. They used various different materials such as straw, clay, cardboard and natural materials such as sticks and leaves to show the circular base of the houses and thatched roofs. They were very pleased with their outcomes.
In geography, they have been learning about rivers. They have studied the features of a river, the water cycle and several famous rivers around the world. They used their creative minds to form a 3D water cycle representation, highlighting their understanding of evaporation, condensation and precipitation.
The pieces are very impressive – well done Year 4!
