Some of the children in Year 6 spent a very enjoyable afternoon at High Beech Riding School. They all went out on a horse ride and, with help, very ably navigated their way around the quiet roads in the forest.
The horses needed a groom after their ride so the children enthusiastically and carefully used the correct brushes and equipment to make sure the horses were clean and happy to return to their stables.
The children asked thoughtful questions and learned lots of new information about caring for horses. They had an amazing day and hope to visit the stables again soon.
