Vicky, our head of the kitchen team, was enthralled to hear how Oliver in 4H made his marvellous steak crocodile. She was delighted to learn how Oliver had to fry his mushrooms mixed with black pudding firstly. Then they used fillet steak and put that into the freezer for a while, and once out it was covered and wrapped with the mixture and Parma Ham, after they had cooked this in the oven, they wrapped it in pastry with its legs and tail being made out of sausage meat. They coloured the crocodile with egg and green food colouring.
Oliver was awarded 15 house-points for his wonderful creative cooking.
