On Monday 22nd May, children from years 4 to 6 went to an Athletics competition in Bedford. We competed in a range of activities and tried our best in each one. We worked hard for the majority of the day. There were many running events, jumping activities and throwing challenges. We did well in the relay, as the year 4 boys made the finals. The 600 metres also went well for the year 4’s. Daniel in 6B came 2nd in the High Jump and Richard in 4H made the 60 metres sprint final.
We may not have won anything but we did well, played hard and had fun.
