Upper Kindergarten performed a lovely singing assembly to the rest of the school and their families last week, covering topics they have learnt about this year.
“Our Firefighter song related to our topic on ‘People who help us’. We learnt about the importance of dental hygiene and so we sang the ‘Brush your teeth song’. In French we learnt the song and dance to ‘Sur le pont d’Avignon’ The children loved learning to play the rhythm sticks to Radetsky’s march and finally they sang ‘I love you’ to their families.”
It was a joyful assembly and you could see how much the children had enjoyed learning about these topics. Well done, Upper Kindergarten!
