Celebration Assembly held on International Kindness Day – Monday 13th November.
The school gathered for our celebration assembly in the hall. Mrs Doherty was delighted to award children with their merit and science certificates and also to celebrate those that had achieved a karate medal.
She was delighted that so many children had been awarded “the star of the week” certificate by their classmates for their kindness, cheerfulness and helpfulness to one another. This is very apt as this assembly has fallen on international kindness day where kindness to one another is being appreciated.
The pupils were delighted to clap each other for the achievements made. We all looked forward to starting our learning and enjoying our forthcoming week.
