The pupils of KS1 and KS2 gathered in the Hall to celebrate the recent achievements and milestones reached throughout our school.
Mrs. Bull began by congratulating the School Council members on their thoughtful presentations of deserving charities. She then announced that, based on the results of the pupils’ votes, our school will support the Spinal Injury Association and Little Life Savers as our main charities for this academic year.
Next, Mrs. Jones proudly announced the new members of the Eco-Council. The selected children were warmly applauded by their peers and are excited to meet next week to discuss their innovative ideas.
Mrs. Zylstra followed with a presentation about Numbots and Times Tables Rock Stars, explaining their purpose and how they help pupils improve their skills. She shared a short, engaging video reminding everyone of how to use these programs effectively. A graph was displayed to show the increasing number of pupils logging onto the programs each week, much to the excitement of the audience. The top performers for each program were then revealed, and the following students received hearty applause:

Finally, Mrs. Zylstra invited the pupils who represented our school in the recent Maths Challenge to stand. They were congratulated for staying calm under pressure and achieving an outstanding victory. Their efforts were met with enthusiastic applause from everyone present.
