Book Donations!

We would like to thank Maxwell in Year 4 Bull for his lovely Birthday Book Donations. These books are: “Dog Zombies” & “Spectacular School Trip” by Tom Gates “A Tangle of Spells” b Michelle Harrison and “Billionaire Boy” by David Walliams.  When asked what was his favourite, he said could not answer as they were all amazing! 

We would like to thank Delilah, Frey and Casper for their very kind donation of books into the library. Delilah chose the favourite books that they had all shared for these pictures – and she really hopes that everyone at school will enjoys these books as much as they have done.

Annie in Year 1 Biddle has kindly chosen these books as her Birthday Book Donations.  “Tiddler – The Story Telling Fish” by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” by Roald Dahl.  She enjoyed choosing these books with Mummy. This is very kind of you and we are sure that both these books will be a lovely addition to our book shelves.

Jack in Year 3 has kindly donated “The 91-Storey Treehouse” By Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton. An action packed adventure, the book is packed with excellent illustrations and an amazing poster, which he read. This book definitely looks like a good read – thank you for your birthday donation.

 

We were delighted to receive the book donations from Florence in Year 4 Bull and Margaux in Year 1 Daly.  Included within the donation was a lovely selection of traditional fairy tales that they said they remember Daddy reading to them at bedtime – these books have happy memories and it is kind of you to recycle these books within our school.

Ewan in Year 5 Leeks has kindly donated for his birthday a set of 3 books – “The Treehouse Box Set – written by international bestselling Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton.  Ewan has read all these books, stating that they are an excellent adventure story, great illustrations and with lots of good jokes.  He is waiting for the next book to be published and he says that he is proud to share these books with the school.
